Bulk RNA-seq of Intestine Epithelia (Jejunum, Ileum, Cecum and Colon) from Satb2-deficient and WT mice

The goal of this study is to study the consequence of Satb2 gene loss in the colonic epithelium. Overall design: Intestine epithelium isolated from adult mice. Genotypes include Vil-CreER;SATB2F/F (SATB2KO) and Satb2f/f (Wild Type) Please note that the additional raw counts data (prior to normalization), which was generated from the process of generation of counts relative to genes using featureCounts with default parameters (unstranded mode), was included in the records on Nov 5, 2021.
