Differential Gene Expression and Genomic Annotation Dataset for Biofilm-Associated Pathway Analysis

This dataset contains the results of differential gene expression analyses integrated with genomic annotation data. Each record includes locus tags, KEGG Orthology codes (KO), protein accessions, log2 fold change values, p-values, and adjusted p-values from comparative transcriptomic experiments. Genomic coordinates (begin, end, orientation, protein length) and associated metabolic pathways are included. Data was generated and curated at the Centro de Microbiología y Bioinformática (CMBi), Universidad de Valparaíso, Chile, in the context of the DPDDS platform development.
