RNAseq of the skin of patients with Mycosis fungoides

We performed transcriptome analysis and multimodal data integration of the transcriptome and the microbiome of the skin of Mycosis fungoides Patients. We profiled the skin microbiome and the TCR reperoire of Mycosis fungoides patients. Here, we performed RNAseq in a subset of the same patients with Mycosis fungoides. Samples were were taken at the same tame point as the other samples were taken (Microbiome and TCR). 10 Patients were included (5 Plaque stage, 5 Patch stage). Nonlesional skin of the same patient served as control. RNAseq libraries were generated from the same RNA extraction as the TCRseq libraries. Samples were taken at the same visit and from the same body site sampled for WMS.
