针对二轮电瓶车充电站点服务覆盖区域内的用户,采集 2025年 3月 1 日 - 2025 年 6 月 30 日的充电消费记录数据,通过用户客户最近一次消费时间的天数 R、该时间段内的充电频次 F、该时间段内的充电总金额 M,采用 RFM 模型对用户进行价值评级,实现精准化运营。对A 级用户(高价值核心用户),每月推送专属充电权益包(如充电折扣券、优先充电车位预约权限);对B 级用户(中高价值潜力用户),每季度提供定制化充电套餐(如季度固定次数优惠套餐);对C 级用户(中价值稳定用户),每半年推送充电满减福利(如满一定金额立减优惠);对D 级用户(低价值唤醒用户),每年推送专属召回福利(如长时间未充电后的首次充电免单券)。同时为区域内用户群体高度重叠的关联企业(如二轮车销售店、维修店),提供不同价值类型用户的个性化服务数据支撑,助力关联企业匹配用户需求设计配套服务。数据处理:对采集的充电记录数据进行脱敏、降噪、清洗、聚集、分析,提取每个用户的 R、F、M 指标。指标评分:按 1-5 分制,R 值(最近充电间隔)越小排名越前,F 值(充电频次)、M 值(充电金额)越大排名越前;各指标前 20% 得 5 分,依次递减,最后 20% 得 1 分。总评分计算:RFM 总评分 = 0.3×R 得分 + 0.3×F 得分 + 0.4×M 得分。用户分级:总评分≥4 分为 A 级,≥3 且<4 分为 B 级,≥2 且<3 分为 C 级,<2 分为 D 级。

For users within the service coverage area of electric two-wheeler charging stations, charging consumption record data from March 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 is collected. Using the RFM model with three metrics: R (number of days since the user's most recent charging consumption), F (charging frequency during the period), and M (total charging amount during the period), user value grading is conducted to enable precise operational management. For Grade A users (high-value core users), exclusive charging benefit packages (e.g., charging discount coupons, priority charging spot reservation rights) are issued monthly; for Grade B users (medium-high-value potential users), customized charging packages (e.g., quarterly fixed-number discount packages) are provided quarterly; for Grade C users (medium-value stable users), charging reduction benefits (e.g., instant discounts when reaching a specified amount) are distributed every six months; for Grade D users (low-value reactivation users), exclusive recall benefits (e.g., free coupons for the first charging after a long period of inactivity) are sent annually. Meanwhile, personalized service data support for users of different value tiers is provided to affiliated enterprises with highly overlapping user groups in the area (e.g., electric two-wheeler sales stores and repair shops), to help these enterprises design supporting services that match user demands. Data processing: The collected charging record data is desensitized, denoised, cleaned, aggregated, and analyzed to extract the R, F, and M metrics for each user. Metric scoring adopts a 1-5 point scale: For the R metric (time interval since last charging), the smaller the value, the higher the ranking; for the F metric (charging frequency) and M metric (total charging amount), the larger the value, the higher the ranking. The top 20% of each metric receives 5 points, with scores decreasing sequentially, and the bottom 20% receives 1 point. Total score calculation: RFM total score = 0.3 × R score + 0.3 × F score + 0.4 × M score. User grading criteria: Users with a total score ≥4 are classified as Grade A, those with 3 ≤ total score <4 as Grade B, those with 2 ≤ total score <3 as Grade C, and those with total score <2 as Grade D.
