资源简介:
79 patients who underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty (OVCF) at a tertiary hospital in Hengyang City from October 2024 to October 2025 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into an intervention group (39 cases) and a control group (40 cases) using a simple randomization method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the intervention group received FLS mode intervention on the basis of routine nursing care, with an intervention period of 12 months. Compare the osteoporosis knowledge scores, health behavior scores, medication adherence scores, lumbar spine dysfunction index (ODI) scores, and recurrent fracture rates of two groups of patients before intervention and at the end of 3, 6, and 12 months of intervention. After intervention, the intervention group had significantly higher scores in osteoporosis knowledge, health behavior, and medication adherence than the control group (P<0.05); The ODI score of lumbar dysfunction index was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); At the end of 12 months of intervention, the recurrence rate of fractures in the intervention group (0.00%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (15.00%) (P<0.05); Repeated measures ANOVA showed that the time effect, inter group effect, and interaction effect of osteoporosis knowledge score, health behavior score, medication adherence score, and ODI score were statistically significant between the two groups of patients (P<0.05).
