Han River CO₂ flux analysis reproducibility archive

Reproducibility archive for analyses of CO₂ exchange in the Han River, Seoul, Republic of Korea. This archive contains the analysis-specific input data, Python code, and derived outputs required to reproduce Figures 1–4, Extended Fig. 1, and Table 1. The archive is organized into three directories: data/: minimal analysis-specific input datasets; code/: Python scripts used to reproduce each analysis and associated outputs; output/: reproduced figures, numerical summaries, statistical results, and validation records. A README file provides the directory structure, software environment, and execution instructions. Package dependencies are specified in requirements.txt. The deposited datasets are analysis-ready subsets containing only the variables required for reproducibility. Derived quantities and statistical outputs are regenerated by the supplied code where applicable. This archive is designed as a self-contained reproducibility resource and does not depend on a specific manuscript title or figure caption.
