ANUCatchment.zip The ANUCatchment version 2.3.7 programs and User Guide including an updated version of the Pfafstetter program used to produce the results reported in this paper. The updated version contains minor changes to the handling of missing data and output summary statistics Input_data.zip The input spatial data used by the Pfafstetter program to produce the nested catchment outputs reported in this paper. See the ANUCatchment User Guide (in ANUCatchment.zip) for description of the data in sub-folders work and ncb. The folder modelledflow contains the modelled flow rasters employed by Runs L1-R1-0 (in the eMast sub-folder) and L1-R2-0 (in the AWAP sub-folder) Output_data.zip Results of the five test runs. Sub-folder names adhere with the Run IDs used in the manuscript (Table 1). Included data files: 1. boundaryid.csv - Sequential number for clockwise ordering of basins around the coastline (zero if not coastal) – joins to the Pfafstetter basin layer (testrun_inputs/work/pfafbasins) via the BASIN field 2. NCBPfafstetter.dbf - Table of Pfafstetter codes by sub-catchment. Joins to the testrun_inputs/ncb/subcat layer using the NCB_ID field 3. pfafcatunit.dbf - Lookup table for sub-catchments with nested catchment ID at each level of sub-division. Joins to the testrun_inputs/ncb/subcat layer using the NCB_ID field 4. pfafstetter.log – terminal output produced by the Pfafstetter program 5. pfafunits_areasl1……pfafunits_areasl45.csv – Area (km2) of basin & sub-basin units at level n 6. pfafunits_areastats.csv – Basin and sub-basin area statistics by level (extracted from the log file)
