资源简介:
In this text, I reflect on the exhaustive process and the deep discomfort of becoming an outsider within the Business Administration postgraduate course. Throughout the text, I expose knowledge related to Conceição Evaristo’s writing (or escrevivências). Thus, based on this guiding thread, I promote the rescue of memory, orality, stories, and trajectories based on a diasporic phenomenon originating in the figure of “Mãe Preta” (or Black Mother). Moreover, I combine black feminist authors with the debate to reflect on the intersections in the memories exposed in autobiographical narratives. My observations are also shaped by the exposure to the concept of the outsider within, reflecting experiences of less powerful groups that face paradigmatic thoughts of a more robust community of insiders. Worth highlighting, this article uses the “escrevivências” based on Conceição Evaristo to revisit memories. Thus, the data explored starts from the imaginary and reveals biographical information. In this way, the article employs an autobiography to delve into the experiences and perspectives of black women. For that reason, drawing from a dialogue that promotes creative works. In that regard, there are no precise, statistical, and quantifiable materials. The reflections based on knowledge are memory, oral traditions, narratives, and life journeys. I emphasize that all these center on the symbol of the “Mãe Preta” (or Black Mother). This approach originates from the experiences of black women. That perspective aims to dismantle historical representations. Addressing exhaustion from connecting views with black feminism was done with freewriting. Thus, it aims to foster an epistemic resistance against oppression within various societal structures. This pursuit of the ancestral imprints embedded in memory units is the shared experiences. The data, thus, emerge as a testament, recorded within the skin, reflecting the oppressions and suppressions faced by the black body. Through this practice, images of the past produced apathetic and voiceless identities in the face of social dynamics undone. Also, reflections, reception, and representation of all peoples I encourage, addressing not only the personal drama but the history of a community. Finally, I articulate, through a utopian effort, possible ways for postgraduate courses in Administration to break through the obstacles experienced and raise the potential for those who are willing to contribute to the social, scientific, and theoretical development of the country. Thus, the “escrevivências” helped to align body, condition, and experience to understand the revelation of black people. This movement enabled me to craft memories and have literary and linguistic independence.
