Printed in process blue ink on cover: "Assembly California Legislature, Peter F. Schabarum, Assemblyman, forty-night district." An embossed two-inch round California seal is affixed below, with a double blue and double gold ribbon. Indies the first panel is the standard explanation of the Great Seal of the State of California. Inside on panel 2 is affixed a Glendora Press article about Dwayne Hunn and his Peace Corps experience. In black ink the autograph of Peter F. Schabarum appears below the article with sentiments printed in blue ink: "Congratulations and best wishes: PETER F. SCHABARUM, Assemblyman, Forty-night District."
