Code and data for: Agreement and accuracy of functional inference from archived 16S amplicon data in arsenic-affected soils and aquifers

Code, curated marker-taxa lookup, gene panel, derived matrices and shotgun validation data for Agreement and accuracy of functional inference from archived 16S amplicon data in arsenic-affected soils and aquifers. Version 1.3 adds Tax4Fun2 as a fourth inference route, with its pre-registered protocol, execution notes and one post hoc sensitivity, the scripts and outputs of the analyses, and the per-study Tax4Fun2 results. Two archives are deposited here as 4 MB pieces; the paired-validation results are kept in version 1.2 and the three input archives in version 1.1, unchanged, because of the 100-file limit.
