Sotalol: effects on arterial blood pressure, heart rate and lead II electrocardiogram (ECG) in conscious, telemetered Cynomolgus primates.

N=4 male Conscious telemetered Cynomolgus monkeys, dosed with sotalol per os (20 mg/kg). PK phase: PK samplings were performed at 60, 120, 240, 480 and 1440 min after the start of dose administration. Parameters measured: haemodynamic parameters (SAP, DAP, MAP, HR), lead II ECG (RR, PR, QRS, QT, QTcQ and QTcF intervals). Arterial blood pressure, heart rate and lead II ECG variables in all groups were extracted at t 45, -30, -15, 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, 240, 360, 600 and 900 min, where t0 was the time at the end of the dosing procedure.
