Endometrial circRNA sequencing data during porcine peri-implantation

This project focuses on the sequencing and analysis of circular RNA (circRNA) in the endometrium during the peri-implantation period in pigs. The peri-implantation phase is a critical window in reproductive biology, during which the embryo attaches to the uterine lining, a process crucial for successful pregnancy. Understanding the role of circRNAs in this process can offer insights into the regulatory mechanisms underlying implantation and early pregnancy.By generating and analyzing high-throughput circRNA sequencing data, this study aims to identify key circRNAs and their potential functions in the endometrial tissue. The findings may provide valuable information for improving reproductive efficiency in pigs and could also have broader implications for understanding reproductive biology in other mammals.
