Excessive HIF-1α driven by phospholipid metabolism causes septic cardiomyopathy through cytopathic hypoxia

To elucidate the molecular mechanism by which LPS treatment increases HIF-1α expression, lipopolysaccharide was added to cultured cardiomyocytes derived from neonatal SD rats, and changes in gene expression were evaluated 24 h after LPS treatment.为阐明脂多糖（Lipopolysaccharide, LPS）处理上调缺氧诱导因子1α（Hypoxia-Inducible Factor 1α, HIF-1α）表达的分子机制，本研究将脂多糖添加至新生SD大鼠来源的体外培养心肌细胞中，并于脂多糖处理24小时后对基因表达变化进行评估。
