Supplemental Data for Kudron et al., 2018 "The modERN Resource: Genome-wide Binding Profiles for Hundreds of Drosophila and C. elegans Transcription Factors"

These data sets include the supplemental tables for Kudron et al., "The modERN Resource: Genome-wide Binding Profiles for Hundreds of Drosophila and C. elegans Transcription Factors", published in the journal Genetics in 2018. Datasets include lists of defined transcription factors for each species, transgenic strains generated during the course of this project, and lists containing the genomic coordinates of binding sites for each transcription factor assayed for this resource project. Two supplemental figures are also included. The project is supported by NIH U41HG007355.
