Annual reports provide an overview of the work of an agency work during the reporting year. Most reporting years are for the financial year ending 30 June, though earlier twentieth century reports may have been for the calendar year ending 31 December.

年度报告旨在概述报告年度内机构的工作情况。多数报告年度对应于6月30日结束的财政年度，不过20世纪早期的报告可能采用以12月31日为截止日的日历年度。
