AES Hardware Trojan Datatset

This repository provides the power traces, the Vivado project files required to compile the FPGA designs, and the configuration and scripts used for data acquisition with the CW305 board. The power traces were measured using an oscilloscope and organized in NumPy (.npy) format. The Vivado (.xpr) project files are included to support reproduction of the FPGA implementations. The repository also documents the CW305 board configuration and the procedure used to collect power traces with randomly generated plaintext inputs.
