The class III phosphoinositide 3-kinase vacuolar protein sorting 34 (Vps34) is a key early player in autophagy and other cellular processes, including endocytosis and intracellular vesicular trafficking. In this study, we sequenced the Vps34-deficient CD4 and CD8 T cells, as well as the WT control CD4 and CD8 T cells to gain more insight about the role of Vps34 in T cell function.
