Reproducibility bundle for Musical Intelligence (MI), a glass-box, literature-grounded NeuroAI architecture for music cognition. v2 extends v1 (Apr 24, 2026; ds003720 voxelwise encoding only) with three additional validation cycles: (V3) pre-registered ds002725 mechanism × region encoding (N=17 subjects, 22 target + 22 random pairs, seed 20260503, frozen 2026-05-03; observed 16/22 BH-FDR pass, target−random Δ = +0.105 in median r); (V4) cross-cultural pilot across six anchors (Pakistan Hindu-Kush consonance gradient, Hindustani raga pitch-class identity, gamelan-spectrum dyad consonance, cross-publication consonance breadth across 7 inconMore datasets / 593 chord stimuli, NHS-Discography song-type classification, Mridangam stroke discrimination; AMBIGUOUS composite, 6/6 STRONG_PASS Tier 1, 11/24 Tier 2 BH-FDR, Δ separation +0.311); (V5) audit-fixed cross-cultural pre-registered confirmation on four V4 axes under tightened protocol (frozen feature spec, signed-ρ aggregation, three-segment Saraga averaging, audit-fixed harmonic + bonang synthesis; NEGATIVE composite per strict gate at 2/4 PRIMARY PASS — Hindustani raga ρ = +0.565 with 7/7 ragas positive, cross-publication signed ρ = +0.408 with 6/7 datasets positive, bonang inharmonic ρ = +0.221 vs harmonic ρ = +0.404 calibration boundary, Pakistan stimulus-subset design lesson).
