We provide the raw experimental Fourier-transform microwave cavity jet spectra obtained with the QCUMBER setup obtained in Göttingen as well as the broadband spectra measured with the chirped pulse Fourier-transform microwave jet-spectrometer IMPACT in Hannover. More details with regards to the experimental conditions can be found in the main text of the related publication. For the cavity spectra, the central frequency is given in the file name and all spectra are sorted according to the parent (all isotopes in their naturally most abundant form), singly 13C substituted and singly 18O substituted species. 18O data is only available for citraconic anhydride. All files provided are in an ASCII format and can be opened with any text editor. The provided ASCII files are native formats of the FTMW++ program of Jens-Uwe Grabow used to record the spectra. The program can be downloaded and installed on a Windows PC without any instrumentation free of charge.
