Analysis of gene expression changes in mouse ES cells expressing FLAG-CTCFL There are 6 samples. 3 control Vector mouse ES cells biological replicas and 3 FLAG-CTCFL ES cells biological replicas. ES cells transfected with a vector expressing FLAG-CTCFL or Control Vector were grown in serum containing medium. Three biological replicates of each condition were collected and RNA was extracted. Microarray samples were prepared following the manufacturers instructions (Affymetrix) using 200ng of total RNA. Microarry samples were hybridized to Affymetrix GeneChip Mouse Gene 1.0 ST Arrays
