资源简介:
This dataset is composed of self-reported symptoms of stress and burnout among accounting students before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, we employed descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Kruskal-Wallis test along with Mann-Whitney U test with Bonferroni correction. The test results indicate that the enduring adversities of the pandemic, in addition to the routine adaptations it entailed, elevated students' stress and burnout levels. This study contributes to the literature by analyzing students across different time frames, and its methodological approach enables the understanding of the pandemic as a multiphase event, allowing Higher Education Institutions to promote actions that mitigate stress and burnout with greater accuracy.
