Global random forest model code for running the global random forest model in R. Will require a high-performance computing cluster. RandomForest_Global.R RandomForest_Regional Example random forest code for a single region's model. A high-performance computing cluster will be required to run the model. Metadata Description of the datasets and R scripts provided, including explanation of variable names. RegionalDatasets .csv files with the full set of tree cover and predictor values for each floodplain region. Variable names and explanations are given in the Metadata.docx file.
