The Streptomyces sp. 6-11-2 was isolated from a rhizosphere of cherry blossom tree by agar-plating method. Genomic DNA was extracted from the culture, which was subjected to whole genome sequencing using the Illumina NovaSeq and MinIon sequencers. The determined sequences were assembled into 3 contigs by de novo assembling, and gene prediction and annotation were carried out through DFAST pipeline.
