Additional file 30: Table S24. Clusters of TRB clones that are enriched in the repertoire of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and healthy individuals compared to a naive repertoire. Summary statistics of the TRB clusters’ enrichment in the immune repertoire of rheumatoid arthritis patients and healthy controls compared to a naive repertoire of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells (P<0.1). The name of the most representative amino acid motif of each TRB cluster is based on the nomenclature used by the GLIPH2 algorithm. Detailed information on the clones that belong to each TRB cluster is also provided, including the number of unique clones, CDR3 amino acid sequences as well as V and J gene segments.
