This dataset contains environmental parameter information, phytoplankton morphological classification data, and sinking rate information from each station. The data were collected aboard the RV ‘‘Kexue’’ in the western Pacific Ocean between December 2021 and April 2022.Samples were collected using a CTD rosette equipped with Niskin bottles from depths ranging from 0 to 200m.
