Reproduce the theoretical model of light field propagation of "double grating modulation diffraction intensity distribution" in MATLAB in code form, including constructing the entire optical system and simulating the light field propagation of partially coherent light incident on partially overlapping orthogonal double gratings. The detector in the optical system has the ability to detect individual photons (the resolution of the detector is 256 * 256). On the detector, different regions are divided according to the grating structure through which the light spot passes, and corresponding light intensity integrals are extracted to obtain the mapping relationship between the displacement of the light spot and the distribution of diffracted light intensity. By controlling the independent variables in the program to be the positions of the photons received by the detector and the X-ray spot (in micrometers), diffraction patterns can be obtained at different photon numbers, simulated diffraction patterns on the detector at different positions of the spot with a photon number of 10 ^ 5, and the variation curves of relative light intensity in different regions with the displacement of the spot. (In order to better observe the changes in diffraction order, the zero order part of the detector was selected to be removed in the simulation)
