1. Data Processing: Input data including time, department, product category, product code, delivery status and other related information, and record the hardware product delivery situation of Deqing County in the fourth quarter.
2. Data Calculation: Deliveries completed within the agreed time frame shall be marked as T, while deliveries completed beyond the agreed time shall be marked as F. Data Reuse and Department Evaluation: Conduct audit and performance evaluation of departments based on the calculated on-time delivery rate results: classify departments into Grade A if their on-time delivery rate ≥ 95%, Grade B if 85% ≤ on-time delivery rate < 95%, and Grade C if on-time delivery rate < 85%.
4. Feedback and Operational Strategy Adjustment: Feed back the evaluation results to the enterprise's Internet Coordination Department to adjust operational strategies for suppliers of the three grades (A, B, C): formulate incentive and reward policies for Grade A departments, track and monitor the production and delivery status of Grade B departments, conduct re-examinations for Grade C departments, separately record the data of the causes of delayed deliveries, and develop corresponding corrective measures. Through hierarchical management of departments, guide delivery policies and carry out overall supply chain planning.
