Peach fruit is susceptible to chilling injury during cold-storage period at postharvest, and Low-temperature conditioning (LTC) treatment can alleviate the chilling injury symptoms. C2H2 family zinc finger proteins have critical functions in abiotic stress. However, peach C2H2 family members have not been identified, especially their roles in fruit chilling injury remain elusive.
