MOOC Renewal Dataset and Code for Budget-Aware TOPSIS Optimization

This repository contains all data, code, and outputs required to reproduce the results reported in the associated paper. Folder contents:1. Survey Instrument.docx – Full questionnaire used to collect learner feedback.2. MOOC_Feedback_Anonymized.csv – Anonymized responses (n=437).3. Criteria_Matrix_with_Effort.csv – Processed matrix with learner value and effort.4. Code.docx – Reproducible Google Colab code (Entropy, CRITIC, TOPSIS, knapsack).5. Topsis_Outputs.zip – Final results (ranking tables, optimization results, figures). How to reproduce:1. Open the code in Google Colab.2. Upload the criteria_matrix_with_effort.csv as input.3. Run all cells to generate ranking and optimization outputs.4. Results will be automatically downloaded as CSVs and PNGs.
