The observational data was generated during the three austral summers of 2017, 2018 and 2020 on board S.A. Agulhas in the Indian sector of the Southern Ocean. The data represent inter-annual variability of physical (Temperature and Salinity), chemical (Nutrients - DIN, DIP and DSI) and biological (Zooplankton and Chlorophyll-a) parameters.本观测数据集采集于2017、2018与2020年的三个南半球夏季，作业平台为南大洋印度洋海域的南非阿古拉斯号（S.A. Agulhas）科考船。该数据集涵盖了物理（温度与盐度）、化学（营养盐——溶解无机氮（DIN）、溶解无机磷（DIP）及溶解无机硅（DSI））以及生物（浮游动物与叶绿素a）参数的年际变化特征。
