Inundation Extent (EXPERIMENTAL)

<div><div><b>What is the purpose of the National Water Model Analysis and Assimilation Flood Inundation Mapping [NWM ANA FIM]?</b></div><div>Using real-time gauge data, FIM are created to reflect what’s currently occurring. </div><div><br /></div><div>This experimental map represents the National Weather Service's best approximation of inundation extent based upon modeled river discharge.
