Each New South Wales Government agency received a copy of the State War Book which concerned emergency procedures for that agency, as well as general procedures to be followed in a crisis situation.This volume, market 'Secret' and 'Copy No. 21' contains parts only for Sydney County Council plus introductory explanations and a chapter relating to Premier's Department actions.The State War Books were based on, and were complementary to, the Commonwealth War Book, 1939.
