The effects of free nano-palladium in zebrafish, Danio rerio, was determined using transcriptome sequencing. The purity of mRNA from the control fishes were checked and the processed reads were mapped with the reference genome of Danio rerio. Around 67835 genes were expressed in control with respect to the total reads. The expressed genes showed no changes in their behaviour which is evident that the fishes without the exposure of xenobiotics caused no changes.
