RNA-sequence of Lavandula angustifolia leaves

RNA-sequencing analysis was made with RNA samples isolated from the leaves of Lavandula angustifolia cv. "Prima" cultured in vitro, after 7 days adaptation ex vitro and after 3 months adaptation ex vitro. The original plants for in vitro culture were taken from the collection of essential oil plants of the Nikita Botanical Gardens. The analysis was carried out to identify changes in the pattern of gene expression during plant adaptation to ex vitro conditions. Total RNA was isolated using the standard Nucleospin RNA Plant protocol (Macherey-Nagel, Germany). Sequencing was made on an IlluminaNextSeq 500 using the NextSeq 500 MidOutput v2 kit (150 cycles) according to standard 75 bp protocols, forward and backward.
