Mapping upper limb movements to the somatosensory/motor cortex at 7T: associated data outputs

This dataset provides supporting data for our pilot study on practical scan-length considerations for mapping upper limb movements to the somatosensory/motor cortex at 7T, conducted at the Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging, Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, in collaboration with Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Here is what is contained in each subfolder: "figures - runs_compare" This folder has figures comparing activations for different number of runs across all upper limb movements. In the associated publication, these figures appear in the supplement. "figures - tasks_compare" This folder has figures comparing activations across different upper limb movements. In the associated publication, these figures appear in the supplement. "FSL FEAT screenshots" This folder shows screenshots of fMRI data pre-processing and analysis in FSL FEAT. "FSL outputs" This folder has several subfolders, each corresponding to an independent analysis with different number of runs (2 through 8) with both left and right arm movements. Each of these subfolders contains FSL output of thresholded Z-statistic NIfTI images as well as corresponding figures.' The home folder also contains a reference mean functional image and the M1/S1 anatomical mask from the Harvard-Oxford atlas.
