snATAC Sequencing of the aging mouse heart to study chromatin remodeling on single cell level

To study chromatin remodelig of the aging mouse heart, hearts from young and gaed mice were taken and nuclei were isolated via FACS. SnATAC Seq was performed using the 10X Genomics kit. Michail Yekelchyk (AG Braun) analysed the data) Overall design: n=2 young (3 months) versus n=2 aged (22 months) mice (C57Bl\6J) were used for this experiment. Mice were sacrificed with cerval dislocation under isofluran. Hearts were taken and flushed with PBS. Nuclei of each heart were isolated via FACS and the 10X Genomics ATAC kit was used.
