Bedretto Energy Storage and Circulation of Geothermal Energy (BEACH) - Experiment

The BEACH experiment aims to investigate hydrothermal injections using all boreholes in the Geothermal Testbed of the BedrettoLab. The experimental phase began with cold fluid injection, followed by warm fluid injection. Injection pressures remained below jacking pressure. A krypton tracer test was carried out during the injection, to investigate the water flow paths within the test volume. This publication provides down-sampled data and jupyter notebook to visualize all datasets collected in the BEACH project, which are fully described in the BEACH-Data-Report-v1 in this publication. This is a copy of the BEACH git repository, which contains data and scripts necessary to run the jupyter notebooks for each data type. Unzip the compressed files and follow the instructions in the README.md file.
