FLIM data obtained manually and automatically

This dataset includes 4 tables: FLIM image processing data of liver tissue processed manually, FLIM image data of liver tissue processed automatically, skin and pancreatic tissue data processed automatically and manually. This dataset includes a large number of FLIM data values corresponding to individual cells in the image and was used to write an article on the topic of analyzing the effectiveness of automated FLIM data analysis methods based on pre-trained foundational neural networks.
