This data set contains in situ sequencing (ISS) data for the paper A spatiotemporal organ-wide gene expression and cell atlas of the developing human heart by Michaela Asp, Stefania Giacomello, Ludvig Larsson, Chenglin Wu, Daniel Fürth, Xiaoyan Qian, Eva Wärdell, Joaquin Custodio, Johan Reimegård, Fredrik Salmén, Cecilia Österholm, Patrik L. Data from other sections are provided as decoded spots. Images are named according to base#_channel#_ORG.tifImaging channels are: c1-DAPI c3-T c4-G c5-C c6-A c2 stains all blobs at once to assist image registration, but not essential for image analysis.
