Dataset for 'Excitable quantum systems: the bosonic avalanche laser'
收藏资源简介:
This set contains the data and codes used to generate the figures of the manuscript 'Excitable quantum systems: the bosonic avalanche laser' (see https://doi.org/10.48550/arXiv.2509.05290 for the preprint version). The main codes used to simulate the data are located in the folder "Codes_simulation".The code 'Simulation_MF_run', which uses the routine 'sim_MF', was used for the simulation of the mean-field model, and produced the data used in Fig.2,3,8,9, and 10.The code 'Simulation_MC_run', which uses the routine 'sim_MC', was used for the Monte-Carlo simulation of the full model, and produced the data used in Fig.4,5,7 and 11.The code 'Simulation_MC_detpump_run', which uses the routine 'sim_MC_detpump', has the same functionalities of Simulation_MC_run, but also includes other pumping mechanisms (quasi-deterministic and Poisson injection processes). It produced the data used in Fig.6. Fig.5 further requires the code 'fitpeaks.m', which uses the routine 'lorentzfit', to fit the cavity signal by a series of Lorentzian, and extracts the inter-spikes statistics. The data produced by these codes is saved in the directories starting with 'FigX_YYYY'. See the files 'FigX_Readme.txt' therein for details. For each datafile, there is a .m and a .csv version. For the conversion in csv, each variable was converted into a vector ; N:N array variables were converted into vectors by counting along the columns (so elements 2N+1 to 3N of the final vector in a csv file correspond to the third column of the original array). The files 'plot_PD.m' and 'plot_SCR.m' are small codes used to produce the figures from these data files. The file 'fitpeaks.me' See again 'FigX_Readme.txt' for details.
