Mitogenome resources for Oryctes rhinoceros and OrNV partial pg83-like gene sequence collection

Draft mitochondrial genomes of Oryctes rhinoceros from native and introduced ranges, and OrNV partial pg83-like gene sequences assembled from Illumina paired-end short reads. \nLineage: Data was generated from whole genome sequence dataset from DNA libraries of individual Oryctes rhinoceros dissected gut tissue. Sequencing was via Illumina's Nova seq platform and assembly of draft mitogenomes and partial OrNV pg83-like gene was by Geneious Prime's (Version 2022.2.2) (Biomatters Ltd., Auckland) Geneious Mapper program using the ‘Map to Reference’ option and by selecting the ‘Low Sensitivity/Fastest’ option for the Sensitivity field, and with no fine-tuning.

数据集谱系信息：本数据集的数据来源于单头椰蛀犀金龟解剖获取的肠道组织DNA文库的全基因组测序数据集。测序采用Illumina NovaSeq测序平台完成；草图线粒体基因组与OrNV pg83样基因序列的组装使用Geneious Prime（版本2022.2.2，新西兰奥克兰Biomatters有限公司开发）的Geneious Mapper工具完成，具体参数为：选择“映射至参考序列”选项，将敏感性字段设置为“低灵敏度/最快”，未进行微调优化。
