This dataset contains the experimental mechanical-testing data and Python analysis code supporting the study of repeated soldering and unsoldering of SAC305-bonded mild steel lap joints for repairable electric vehicle battery interconnects. It includes raw force-displacement-stress records, master maximum-load results, processed specimen-level datasets, shear-strength summaries, and statistical-test outputs for mild steel-SAC305-mild steel joints tested after 1, 2, 4, 5, and 8 solder-unsolder cycles. A sparse mild steel-SAC305-copper control dataset is also included as a maximum-load benchmark. The accompanying Python scripts reproduce the data processing, bonded-area normalisation, summary statistics, and numerical plots. Peak shear strength is calculated by normalising maximum load using the measured bonded area. No specimens were removed as outliers. The dataset does not include the manuscript, submitted publication figures, or SEM/workflow image assets.

本数据集包含支撑可修复电动汽车电池互连件用SAC305钎焊低碳钢搭接接头反复钎焊与脱焊研究的力学试验实测数据与Python分析代码。数据集涵盖经1、2、4、5及8次钎焊-脱焊循环测试的低碳钢-SAC305-低碳钢接头的原始力-位移-应力记录、主最大载荷结果、经处理的试样级数据集、剪切强度汇总结果以及统计检验输出。同时还附带一组稀疏的低碳钢-SAC305-铜对照数据集,用作最大载荷基准参照。 配套提供的Python脚本可复现数据处理、钎焊面积归一化、汇总统计分析与数值绘图全流程。峰值剪切强度通过以实测钎焊面积对最大载荷进行归一化的方式计算得到。未将任何试样作为异常值剔除。本数据集未包含研究手稿、已投稿的正式出版用图表,以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图像与工作流程图像素材。
