Localized and delocalized modes on random geometric graphs in one dimension

These files contain the data and the code for the publication https://doi.org/10.1103/bp8s-pf4s There are six folders which contain the data for the different plots, a Jupyter notebook used to generate the plots ("Figures_Paper.ipynb"), and a Julia file with which the data has been computed ("eigensolver_ensemble_Lattice_RGG.jl"). The model name "RCM" in the program corresponds to the AM (adjacency model) in the paper and "DM" corresponds to the LM (Laplace model).
