Exemplary results on yields and field management in wheat variety trials in organic farming from two sites in Germany

The dataset contains yields and field management data of wheat variety trials in organic farming in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Gülzow 2019-2023) and Hessen (Frankenhausen 2019-2024), Germany. In the context of the project mentioned below, the data set is intended to provide an insight into the role of variety selection for yield formation.
