Ring Oscillator Measurements for Long-term Study of Propagation Delay

This dataset contains measurements performed with ring oscillator sensors on FPGA-based electronic devices that operate as part of the low-level RF system in the European XFEL particle accelerator. The studied devices are Xilinx Virtex-6 XC6VLX130T FPGAs with speed grade -2. Measurements were performed at two consecutive machine shutdowns: December 2023 (<code>ro_measurements_winter_shutdown_2023</code><code>.parquet</code>), June 2024 (<code>ro_measurements_summer_shutdown_2024</code><code>.parquet</code>).On both shutdown, each ring oscillator was measured 100 times, by letting it oscillate for 500 milliseconds.FormatFiles are in parquet format. The columns are:<code>host</code>: MicroTCA crate that contains the device<code>device_number</code>: Device within the MicroTCA crate (<code>host</code>)<code>id_number</code>: ID of the ring oscillator within the <code>device_number</code><code>counts</code>: Amount of oscillations of the ring oscillator measured in 500 milliseconds.
