This dataset is composed of the data collected during 2023 and 2024 sampling campaigns conducted as part of the TARA Expedition, the TARA-TREC project and the associated ESA funded HyperBOOST campaign. Sampling was carried out (a) during the TARA23 campaign, from April to November 2023, along the coasts of the Baltic Sea, North Sea, and Atlantic Ocean; (b) during the TARA24 campaign, from April to August 2024, along the Mediterranean coastline; and (c) during the HyperBOOST campaign in August 2024, which focused on open-ocean waters. The resulting dataset covers a broad range of coastal environment across Europe, including the Mediterranean Sea, North Atlantic Ocean and the Baltic Sea. It comprises 136 co-located stations with measurements of hyperspectral Rrs, Temperature and biogeochemical parameters. Measurements included in this subset passed through a quality control (QC) by the partners of the HyperBOOST project and the database comprises only the final version of the dataset.Dataset comprised of four .csv files, each of them for a different set of parameters:• CHIME-like Rrs, std CHIME and Uncertainties• LSTM-like SST and Uncertainties• Carbon-related parameters: Turb, SPM, PIF, POF, PIF/POF, POC, DOC, TOC, C_N, dC13, C% and phytoplankton pigments• Absorption: Hyperspectral ap (300 – 800 nm), aphy(300 – 800 nm), aNAP (300 – 800 nm) and aCDOM (230 – 700 nm). • CHIME-like Rrs data are provided in the file SUPaCOOL_D3v1_Rrs.csv, formatted as a comma-delimited csv file.
