Der LExAG ist ein teilstandardisierter Interview-Leitfaden und dient der Exploration der Arbeitsplatzgesundheit im Kontext der Evaluation des Arbeitsumfeldes. Erfasst werden 13 Abschnitte, die auf Grundlage eines Literaturreviews und basierend auf dem Reha-EBL (Knispel, 2019) sowie mithilfe von einschlägiger psychologischer Literatur und inhaltlichen Überlegungen entwickelt wurden. Reliabilität: Entfällt auf Grund des Formats. Validität: Der LExAG wurde in 21 Einzelinterviews empirisch überprüft und durch die beschriebenen Instrumente evaluiert. Die inhaltliche Validität ist durch die Konstruktionsweise abgesichert. Auf Basis von Zusammenhängen zwischen den Globaleinschätzungen des LExAG und validierten psychologischen Skalen zeigen sich Hinweise auf eine externe Validität (Konstruktvalidität). The LExAG is a partially standardized interview guide and is used to explore workplace health in the context of evaluating the work environment. It covers 13 sections that were developed based on a literature review and based on the Reha-EBL (Knispel, 2019) and with the help of relevant psychological literature and content considerations. Reliability: Not applicable due to format. Validity: The LExAG was empirically tested in 21 individual interviews and evaluated by the described instruments. Content validity is assured by the construct.
