针对应急物资动态调度问题,以救助时效为目标,结合应急物资的不同储运特征,构建不同供应链结构下应急物资调度网络,进行多需求点、多储备点/生产点/协同供给点的供需匹配模式设计。湖北省新冠肺炎疫情数据来源于武汉市卫生健康委员会的官方网站,记录了2020年湖北省新冠肺炎疫情期间各市的新冠肺炎新增确诊人数、治愈人数和累计确诊人数。衍生数据根据原始数据估算出湖北省的易感人数、潜伏人数和医疗物资需求量,并构建了供应网络,包括供应仓库、中转机场和应急点。数据集包括SEIR模型中的初始易感人数、潜伏人数、感染人数和治愈人数、各周期物资供应量以及节点之间的距离,数据量8.9KB。
Focusing on the dynamic scheduling problem of emergency supplies, taking rescue timeliness as the optimization objective, and integrating the distinct storage and transportation characteristics of emergency materials, this study constructs emergency material scheduling networks under different supply chain structures, and designs the supply-demand matching modes for multiple demand points, multiple reserve points, production points and collaborative supply points. The COVID-19 epidemic data of Hubei Province is sourced from the official website of Wuhan Municipal Health Commission, which records the daily new confirmed COVID-19 cases, cured cases and cumulative confirmed cases in each city of Hubei Province during the 2020 COVID-19 outbreak. Based on the original dataset, derived data estimates the number of susceptible individuals, latent individuals and medical material demand in Hubei Province, and constructs a supply network including supply warehouses, transfer airports and emergency response points. This dataset contains the initial values of susceptible individuals, latent individuals, infected individuals and cured individuals in the SEIR model, periodic material supply volumes, and the distances between network nodes, with a total size of 8.9 KB.
