Gene database of Mus musculus

The laboratory mouse (<i>Mus musculus</i>) is a commonly used model organism for human diseases. This work provides some foundational information about the genetic repertoire of <i>M. musculus</i> by parsing its annotated genome sequence via an in-house MATLAB genome analysis software. Comprising gene name, gene function, and gene sequence of all genes in the genome of the model organism, this database should find use in a variety of workflows for understanding genetic underpinnings of particular phenotypes in mouse.

实验小鼠（Mus musculus）是人类疾病研究中常用的模式生物。本研究通过自研MATLAB基因组分析软件对其注释基因组序列进行解析，为小家鼠的遗传组成提供了基础信息。该数据库涵盖该模式生物基因组中所有基因的名称、功能及序列，可用于多种研究流程，以解析小鼠特定表型的遗传基础。
