Microstructural characterization data of as received IG-110, 2114 and ETU-10 nuclear graphite grades and oxidation characterization data of IG-110

This dataset contains transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and optical microscopy micrographs of nuclear graphite. These images show the microstructure of 3 nuclear graphite grades IG-110, 2114 and ETU-10. Part of the micrographs show the overall phases and general microstructure of graphite. Part of the optical microscopy data shows the effect of oxidation in nuclear graphite.
